Interior is lined in a black twill with the standard petersham ribbon. Excellent condition but 4 of the buttons are missing some small rhinestones. Tagged a size 22, the inner circumference measures 20 inches. I will include an elastic placement band you can attached for placement security. Label is Leslie James.
